What you will be doing:

- Create, maintain and manage excellent relationships with our airline, hotel, ferry operators, hire car and car parking providers.
- Booking cost effective flights, accommodation, car hire and the distribution of all confirmations.
- Follow internal procedures when booking travel.
- Responsible for cost management.
- Create Ad hoc reports on demand.
- Resolving travel queries.
- Reconciliation and management of invoices and charges.
- Liaise with the accounts team to resolve issues.
