We are looking for a confident and capable Registered Manager to lead our award-winning domiciliary care service in Brent. This is a senior role with real ownership, variety and the chance to shape how care is delivered across multiple boroughs.

As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the service while maintaining our CQC 'Good' rating and driving further improvements. You'll balance compliance, people leadership and commercial awareness, ensuring both clients and staff feel supported. This is a hands-on position. You will lead from the front and occasionally step into carers' or coordinators' shoes when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare for CQC inspections and maintain strong compliance standards.
  • Review and update policies, audits and quality checks.
  • Manage payroll for 50 staff, invoicing, budgets and KPIs.
  • Oversee rotas and service delivery for 90+ clients.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, supervision and appraisals.
  • Handle complaints quickly and fairly, improving services where needed.
  • Manage digital care systems and reporting.
  • Build relationships with local authorities, NHS partners and stakeholders.
  • Lead tenders and support growth opportunities.

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
  • Strong CQC knowledge and inspection success.
  • Experience with budgets, payroll and reporting.
  • Confident people manager and clear communicator.
  • Calm under pressure and organised.
