You will provide tailored financial advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning and wider wealth management. You will work with clients who already trust the business through mortgage and protection services, giving you access to strong referral opportunities and an established customer base from day one. You will be joining a business with ambitious plans, a strong reputation and genuine long-term growth potential. The role offers flexibility to work remotely or from modern London offices, while giving you the independence to grow your own income and client bank.

The Person

We are looking for someone who is professional, client-focused and motivated by building long-term relationships.

  • Level 4 Diploma qualification or above
  • Experience within financial advice, pensions, investments or wealth planning
  • Confidence working on a self-employed basis
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A professional and ethical approach
  • The ability to work independently while being part of a supportive wider team
  • Experience within The Openwork Partnership network would be an advantage, but is not essential.
