The role involves working on a range of projects within the water industry, supervising and completing electrical installation and maintenance work on site. Projects will involve instrumentation, control panels, power circuits, lighting circuits and containment systems. You will have the freedom to work independently while still being part of a close-knit team that supports one another and takes pride in delivering quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising electrical work and supporting site teams
- Completing electrical installation and maintenance work
- Installing control panels, instrumentation and containment systems
- Installing power and lighting circuits
- Testing, fault finding and repairing electrical equipment
- Working on both new and existing assets
- Carrying out general maintenance inspections
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Communicating with clients, contractors and colleagues on site
You will be joining an established business with more than 30 years of experience delivering specialist electrical and engineering services. The company provides Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation services to a range of blue-chip clients.
The Benefits
- 45-hour working week
- Full door-to-door travel time paid
- Time and a quarter after 47.5 hours
- Time and a half after 50 hours and on Saturdays
- Double time on Sundays
