Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 regulations
- Prepare and manage pre-construction information and health & safety files
- Lead design risk workshops and guide project teams
- Produce and review risk registers and CDM documentation
- Carry out site audits and produce clear reports
- Review contractor documentation and ensure compliance
- Work closely with clients, architects, engineers and contractors
- Provide clear advice on CDM duties and best practice
- Manage multiple projects as a CDM Consultant across different sectors

The Person
To succeed as a CDM Consultant, you will:
- Have experience as a Principal Designer or in a similar role
- Hold strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction processes
- Have a NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
- Be a member of a relevant professional body or working towards it
- Be confident managing multiple projects and building relationships
- Communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders
- Experience in report writing or delivering training would be beneficial.
