You'll work alongside a dedicated brigade in a high-quality, modern Spanish kitchen, where fresh ingredients and teamwork are the core of everything we do.
In this role, you'll be a key member of our leadership team, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll help manage service, mentor junior chefs, and uphold high standards of food quality and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistency and quality during service
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with kitchen operations
- Guide and develop Chefs de Partie and junior kitchen staff
- Oversee stock rotation and ordering when required
- Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards are met
- Lead sections and jump in wherever needed during busy periods
