We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager – Residential to join Cedar House in Spalding. At Cedar House, you will lead a respite care service supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. This is not a desk-only management role. As a Registered Manager – Residential, you will remain hands-on, build strong relationships and help shape a safe, positive and welcoming environment for the people we support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the service
  • Lead, support and motivate the care team
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Deliver safe, person-centred care
  • Build positive relationships with families, professionals and colleagues

The Person

To succeed as a Registered Manager – Residential, you will need:

  • Experience leading teams within a care setting
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A calm, adaptable and caring approach
  • A genuine desire to help others achieve their goals
  • The ability to inspire and support a team
