What you will be doing:
- Promote McL&H's core values: COLLABORATE, COMMIT, CARE.
- Create, maintain and manage excellent relationships with our airline, hotel, ferry operators, hire car and car parking providers.
- Book cost effective flights, accommodation, car hire and distribute all confirmations.
- Follow internal procedures when booking travel.
- Responsible for cost management.
- Create ad hoc reports on demand.
- Resolve travel queries.
- Reconcile and manage invoices and charges.
- Liaise with the accounts team to resolve account queries in relation to credit card reconciliation, in-house systems, travel expenses and general anomalies.
- Identify hotel account queries and reconcile them.
- Develop and nurture relationships with other departments.
- Provide travel updates in conjunction with the Marketing Team.
- Facilitate audit requests.
- Attend supplier meetings.
