Oakfield Construction C.Eng Ltd is a friendly, well‑established construction company, and we are looking for a dependable HGV Class 2 HIAB/Beavertail Driver to join our team.
The role is full‑time based from our Nottingham yard, with most of your time spent out on the road. You will be delivering materials and equipment to sites, making sure everything arrives safely and on time. No two days are quite the same, and you will play a key part in keeping our projects moving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HGV Class 2 vehicles, including HIAB and beavertail lorries.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks before setting off.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring everything is secure.
- Deliver to sites and customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Keep delivery notes and paperwork up to date.
- Stay in touch with the team about schedules or any delays.
- Follow all road safety rules and company guidelines.
- Report any vehicle faults as soon as possible.

- You hold a valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence (C+E is a bonus).
