Geospatial Surveyor (Land and Engineering Surveyor)–£28,000-£37,000 (Depending on Experience) Benefits – Alfreton, DE55, with travel across the UK. The Role Terra Measurement are looking for a skilled Geospatial Surveyor (Land & Engineering Surveyor) to join us at our office in Alfreton (DE55) (with travel across the UK.) You will deliver high-quality surveys from field to final deliverable, using the latest survey equipment and processing software. Your work will support engineering, conservation, design and construction projects nationwide. If you\’re ready to take your surveying career further in a supportive consultancy where your work makes a difference, we\’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out Topographical, Measured Building, and Engineering Surveys across varied sites and sectors. Using cutting edge survey equipment and techniques including GNSS, total stations, digital levels, 3D laser scanners, and UAVs (where qualified). Processing data and producing 2D/3D CAD Drawings and 3D Models using CAD and specialist software to high standards. Following and using industry standard best practice methodologies, including QA, safety, and data management procedures. Working solo or in teams to deliver outstanding results, sometimes involving travel and overnight stays. A UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel nationwide. Good communication, time management, and a proactive attitude.
