Selectaglaze is looking for a strong, commercially minded Finance Controller to take ownership of the finance function and lead the development of robust processes, controls and reporting. You will combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. You will be the driving force behind the finance team, shaping workflows, strengthening controls, and providing insight that informs critical business decisions. Your leadership will ensure the business has the financial clarity and structure it needs to grow sustainably. Key Responsibilities:- Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Provide accurate, insight-rich analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
- Build, refine and embed robust financial processes and internal controls
- Manage cash flow, working capital and banking relationships
- Oversee procurement governance and cost control
- Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness
- Champion systems improvements, automation and data integrity

The Company: Founded in 1966, Selectaglaze is the UK's specialist provider of secondary glazing. Testament to the quality of product, service and knowledge, Selectaglaze was awarded a Royal Warrant in 2004. We supply and fit our products in some of the country's most prestigious buildings. We have been able to continuously develop our products to meet changing needs – eg noise reduction, heat retention and safety. As an Employee Ownership Trust all colleagues have a stake and a say in how the company is doing. We are proud to put our people first and have approximately 80 colleagues comprising office, factory and installation teams.
