Do you have a driving licence and want to train to become a Service Engineer? We are looking for apprentices who have an inquisitive mind and a natural passion for engineering.
MMM Medical Equipment UK Limited supply highly engineered decontamination equipment and services to the healthcare, pharmaceutical, laboratory and research sectors. The role will be field based and will involve travel throughout your area, as well as other parts of the UK, and will involve spending time away from home regularly.
As an Apprentice Service Engineer, you will be responsible for working on a range of medical equipment including Steam Sterilizers, Instrument Washer Disinfectors, Endoscope Washer Disinfectors, and Steam Generators.
We are looking for someone who ideally has 3 x GCSE’s at grade C/4 or higher including Mathematics, English & science or equivalent. You need to be resourceful, show initiative, have good analytical skills and show that you can deal with multiple tasks and work under pressure. You must be reliable, punctual, IT literate and committed to attending college or appropriate training establishments as required.
Salary: Competitive salary dependent on experience
Company vehicle: Provided along with initial and ongoing product and self‑improvement training programmes
Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday. This will require a flexible approach to hours and will involve working and staying away on occasions (all expenses and food, meal allowances are covered).
