Our client offers the opportunity to lead exciting domestic and international commissions in the UK, Dubai, and the Maldives. You will develop your skills in construction adjudication, contract and dispute management, and expert witness reports, among other things.

More importantly, you will get to work with like-minded people who are ambitious, driven, and at the top of their game.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of Expert Witness Reports, Referrals, and Responses in Adjudication
  • Writing contractual correspondence, drafting, and assessing cost claims
  • Bringing in new business opportunities through industry contacts and networks

Requirements

  • Experienced in construction contracts and claims, with a background in larger contract environments or dispute consultancy
  • Skilled in writing or assisting with expert witness reports, adjudication referrals and responses, and contractual correspondence
  • Either working towards or already holding an LLM in Construction Law, MRICS, or MCIArb qualifications
  • A proactive individual, with a desire to grow within the company
  • Connected within the industry and able to bring in new business opportunities
