Are you a Duty Qualified Criminal Solicitor looking for the next step in your career?
Fulchers Solicitors are seeking a Duty Qualified Criminal Solicitor to join our established legal team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a varied role covering Guildford, Aldershot and Basingstoke Courts and Police Stations. You will manage a busy caseload, represent clients at trial, and take part in the out-of-hours duty rota.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply for inclusion on local duty rotas for courts and police stations
- Conduct Magistrates\’ Court trials (and Crown Court where appropriate)
- Manage and progress your own caseload effectively
- Undertake on-call out of hours police station and court work on a rota basis
