About the Role
As a Customer Sales Executive, you\βll be the friendly voice of Windsor Telecom, engaging with our existing and potential B2B customers during school term times providing real flexibility. Your focus will be on:
- Proactively contacting existing and potential B2B customers through phone, email, LinkedIn etc to build rapport and nurture relationships
- Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to add value through our IT and telecoms solutions
- Acting as the first line of defence against customer churn, ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement
- Supporting the wider sales team by spotting opportunities and passing qualified leads for Account Managers to follow-up
- Keeping customer records accurate and up-to-date within our CRM system
