About the Role
- Proactively contacting existing and potential B2B customers through phone, email, LinkedIn etc to build rapport and nurture relationships
- Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to add value through our IT and telecoms solutions
- Acting as the first line of defence against customer churn, ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement
- Supporting the wider sales team by spotting opportunities and passing qualified leads for Account Managers to follow-up
- Keeping customer records accurate and up-to-date within our CRM system
This is a flexible hours role (min of 25 hours) perfect for individuals looking for a rewarding and flexible job that can be full time or with hours flexibility.
