At Quo Vadis Trust, we provide specialist supported housing for people living with mental health needs across South-East London. We're looking for a Part-time Administrator to join our Croydon team and play a key role in supporting our services and exciting new housing projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and energetic administrator who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering high-quality support. You'll provide essential administrative support across our supported housing services while helping to coordinate the mobilisation of new schemes. No two days will be the same, and you'll be at the centre of keeping projects, records, meetings, and communications organised and on track.
Working 20 hours per week, this role requires regular attendance at our Croydon-based services and occasional travel between schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to managers and operational teams.
- Manage enquiries, correspondence, service inboxes, and telephone calls.
- Organise meetings, diaries, events, and take accurate minutes.
- Maintain records, databases, and documentation.
- Support the setup and coordination of new supported living services.
- Track actions, deadlines, and project progress.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, local authorities, contractors, and other partners.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance processes.

The person
You'll be organised, adaptable, and confident managing a varied workload. You'll have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting a wider team. Experience in housing, social care, supported living, healthcare, or mental health services would be welcomed but is not essential.
