Key Responsibilities:- Client & Policy Administration: Process applications, policy changes, and transfers accurately; manage ongoing client service requests, maintain accurate client records and monitor deadlines to ensure administrative tasks are completed in line with agreed service levels.
- Adviser Support: Respond to routine queries and escalate complex cases and grow problem-solving skills.
