Looking for a hands-on role with a leading company in intelligent transport solutions? SRL are at the forefront of traffic management innovation, providing temporary traffic systems like portable signals, message boards, and CCTV. Our mission is to create safer, more efficient roads through sustainable solutions.
About the Role
This role is key to a smooth service offering, both internally and externally. Supporting our customers and team through the organisation and booking of site activities. Monitoring completion of projects against timescales and providing updates to all stakeholders. The role will be based at our Winsford office.
Key Accountabilities
- Supporting our Urban64 team in an administrative capacity.
- Raising quotations for our customers throughout the duration of the site works.
- Keeping Up to date with site changes and capturing the costs.
- Updating a pipeline and forecast with the quotes issued.
- Follow up on quotes that have been sent to customers.
- Liaising with our customers to ensure we have PO requests on time.
- Setting up new sites on our internal system for our field-based team.
- Confirming hire details on our internal management system.
- Receiving site requirements from customers and actioning their requests.
- Receiving and recording data onto our internal systems.
- Communicating with our internal team to resolve any issues on site.
- Resolving any invoicing queries internally and externally.
Key Skills
Essential:
- Administrative experience.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
Desirable:
- Working within a customer-facing environment.
- Experience working within an operational support role.
- Someone who can learn new systems quickly.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Packages (especially Outlook and Excel).
- Ideally have experience of working in a fast-paced operation.
