Do you thrive in overnight roles and want to make a difference in people’s lives? Are you reliable, calm under pressure, and great at creating a welcoming environment?

We’re looking for a dedicated Concierge to join our night team at Quo Vadis Trust (QVT), a specialist housing charity in South-East London. This role is central to ensuring the safety and comfort of residents living with mental health needs in our 24-hour supported housing scheme. You’ll be a key contact overnight, helping to maintain a secure and pleasant environment.

Shifts: Primarily night shifts, with occasional daytime cover

Contract: 30 or 40 hours per week

Pay: £13.15 per hour (£20,514 for 30hrs / £27,352 for 40hrs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming presence for residents and visitors
  • Respond quickly and appropriately in emergencies
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the property
  • Keep accurate records on our client database
  • Carry out regular property and health & safety checks
  • Support residents with moving in or out
  • Assist with light cleaning and minor repairs
  • Collaborate with staff and external partners
  • Report and follow up on maintenance issues
  • Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety policies.
