We’re looking for a dedicated Concierge to join our night team at Quo Vadis Trust (QVT), a specialist housing charity in South-East London. This role is central to ensuring the safety and comfort of residents living with mental health needs in our 24-hour supported housing scheme. You’ll be a key contact overnight, helping to maintain a secure and pleasant environment.
Shifts: Primarily night shifts, with occasional daytime cover
Contract: 30 or 40 hours per week
Pay: £13.15 per hour (£20,514 for 30hrs / £27,352 for 40hrs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming presence for residents and visitors
- Respond quickly and appropriately in emergencies
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the property
- Keep accurate records on our client database
- Carry out regular property and health & safety checks
- Support residents with moving in or out
- Assist with light cleaning and minor repairs
- Collaborate with staff and external partners
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues
- Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety policies.
