The Role

Are you a seasoned Commercial Property Solicitor with over 5 years\’ PQE? Ready to take the lead on high-value transactions and complex matters? If you thrive on delivering practical legal solutions in a fast-paced environment, we\’d like to hear from you.

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our London office on a full-time basis. You\’ll be managing a wide range of transactions and advisory work, often with high-profile clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work autonomously while being part of a collaborative and expert team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of commercial property transactions
  • Draft, review and negotiate leases, contracts, and agreements
  • Conduct due diligence for property sales and acquisitions
  • Advise on landlord and tenant matters, including licences to assign, underlet, and alter
  • Manage new lease agreements for both landlords and tenants
  • Act for borrowers and lenders on purchases, refinances, and loans
  • Provide guidance on Section 106 agreements and VAT-elected property
