Youll be someone who loves leading and supporting others someone who takes pride in creating spaces where children can thrive. Youll bring:
- A childcare qualification (minimum Level 4)
- At least 2 years experience managing a Nursery or similar setting
- Level 3 Safeguarding qualification and experience with Ofsted
- Strong organisational, communication, and people skills
- A flexible, positive approach and a genuine commitment to inclusion
