Are you a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner who enjoys helping people improve their mental wellbeing through evidence-based support? Do you have the skills to manage your own caseload while building positive relationships with clients and healthcare partners across your community? We have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our Psychological Wellbeing Service covering the Wigan and Warrington boroughs.
As a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, you will deliver Step 2 low-intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy interventions and support individuals experiencing mild to moderate common mental health difficulties. This varied role combines telephone-based support, digital treatment programmes and community-based assessments. You'll work closely with an experienced clinical team while managing your own caseload and helping maintain the high standards our service is known for. Based in Warrington, this position offers the chance to work within GP surgeries, community services and local clinics, ensuring people can access support when and where they need it. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of clients
- Deliver evidence-based low-intensity interventions
- Support clients through SilverCloud treatment programmes
- Conduct weekly telephone reviews
