As a Support Worker in Supported Living, you will support adults aged 18+ living with mental health diagnoses and other health conditions to live as independently as possible. You will be based at The Academy in Warrington, a service made up of 22 self-contained flats.

This role is about more than tasks. It is about building strong, respectful relationships and helping people feel safe, valued and in control of their own lives. Shifts run between 8am and 10pm, including a mix of early, late and alternate weekend working. Hours are typically 37 per week, worked over 34 days.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred support that promotes independence.
  • Support with medication, daily living tasks and maintaining a safe home.
  • Encourage access to the community, activities and appointments.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with tenants and colleagues.
  • Keep clear and accurate records in line with care plans.
