Sharp Talent is representing Control Flow Technologies. We are hiring experienced Plumbers to join our Water Efficiency Team, carrying out planned visits across Greater Manchester. You will be helping customers save water, reduce waste, and improve efficiency by installing water-saving products and completing minor plumbing repairs.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Plumber who wants more than reactive call-outs; you will have pre-booked appointments, a structured programme of work, and the freedom to manage your own schedule while delivering high-quality service.

The Role

In this role, you will visit customers in their homes to complete installations, provide advice, and carry out minor plumbing works. You will represent the company professionally, ensuring every customer receives a positive experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Installing Control Flow water-saving devices
  • Completing minor leak detection and plumbing repairs
  • Working safely on and around water meters
  • Advising customers on ways to reduce water usage
  • Managing your own appointments, travel, and van stock
  • Updating job details accurately through CRM systems
  • Working towards daily and weekly installation targets

About Control Flow Technologies

Control Flow Technologies is a growing provider of specialist services within the utilities sector, working with major organisations to deliver practical solutions that help improve efficiency and reduce water usage. As a Plumber, you'll join the Control Flow Technologies team and represent the company visiting customers in their homes, whilst working on a temporary contract through Sharp Talent.
