The Role

Are you an experienced sales professional with a talent for building strong relationships, driving results, and closing deals? We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our vibrant and growing team. Hosted are a Vodafone Strategic Partner, delivering cutting-edge mobile, digital and cloud technology to businesses of all sizes looking to revolutionise their IT infrastructure and communications, working with companies such as 23.5 Degrees, Starbucks' largest UK franchised business partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls daily to identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Proactively upsell and cross-sell tailored broadband solutions to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service and regular follow-ups.
  • Address customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and support.

  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in broadband or telecoms.
