Do you have a proven track record of leading large-scale events and brand activations? Magic Number is a creative events and experiential agency delivering memorable brand experiences. We are looking for a senior-level Campaign Director to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract and lead one of our largest client portfolios.
The Role
As Campaign Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with a core client while overseeing the successful delivery of multiple campaigns and activations throughout the year. Working closely with our Founding Directors and reporting to the Creative Director, you will provide direction to the wider team and ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction across a portfolio of brands, events and activations.
- Lead the delivery of multiple campaigns from planning through to execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, reporting and updates.
- Manage campaign budgets, reporting and reconciliation across all projects.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships, services and campaign activity.
- Review project performance and implement improvements for future delivery.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Report campaign performance, targets and achievements to the Founding Directors.
- Support and guide campaign team members to achieve successful outcomes.

The Person
You will have:
- At least three years' experience as an Account Director or in a similar senior role within an event agency.
- Experience leading large-scale events and brand activation campaigns.
- Strong people management experience and the ability to lead field teams.
- Extensive knowledge of event production and large-scale festival installations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple live campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong presentation, communication and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
- Flexibility to travel and work weekends when required.
