Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all vehicle damage is correctly captured and documented
- Follow recognised manufacturer methods including Thatcham and Ezi‑Methods
- Process estimates based on site capacity and budget
- Support KPI monitoring to drive revenue and efficiency
- Liaise with customers to set repair expectations and discuss any extra work required
- Flag safety concerns relating to the repair
- Assist the Customer Service team with technical queries
- Keep estimates updated to reflect approvals and final values for invoicing

The Person
- Is an experienced, ATA VDA Estimator
- Can demonstrate knowledge across all body repair processes
- Is confident using Audatex, GT Motive, Thatcham, Ezi‑Methods and Microsoft Office
- Communicates clearly and works well under pressure
- Delivers consistently accurate, high‑quality work
