Do you have strong experience managing building services, M&E or mechanical projects? Can you keep projects moving, clients informed and site teams working safely and efficiently? Cosaf Environments Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing Industrial Department. This is a hands-on, client-facing role managing commercial and industrial building services projects across the UK.
You will take projects from planning and purchasing through to site delivery, commissioning support, snagging and handover. The work is varied and includes ductwork, pipework, air conditioning, heating systems, AHU plant, thermal insulation, ventilation, mechanical services and associated project works. You will be based from our Bolton office, with regular travel to UK sites. Typical hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible working considered for the right person.
Manage project budgets, labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor costs.
- Supervise projects on site and from Cosaf HQ.
- Lead engineers, site operatives and subcontractors.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and site teams.
- Attend site meetings and project reviews.
- Prepare RAMS, site documents and project correspondence.
- Monitor progress, quality, costs, risks and deadlines.
- Support CDM requirements where applicable.

You will need proven experience in building services, mechanical services, M&E, HVAC, industrial services or a similar sector. You should have strong commercial awareness, good health and safety knowledge and experience managing engineers, subcontractors and site teams. Around 5 years’ project management experience is preferred. You will also need good Microsoft Office skills, a full UK driving licence, UK work authorisation and the ability to commute to BL4 0AN. Basic AutoCAD knowledge and CDM experience are preferred but not essential.
