Location: Home-based, with frequent travel across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Yorkshire and Cambridgeshire

The role
Making Space is looking for a motivated Community Services Lead to join our Community Division. You will oversee the strategic and operational management of services across several regions.
This is a home-based position involving frequent travel to services and meetings, so access to your own transport is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic and operational management of community services.
Manage and motivate Service Managers and Team Leaders.
Build relationships with commissioners, partners and stakeholders.
Support new business growth and client retention.
Manage budgets, targets and outcome reporting.
Draw on leadership experience within health and social care.

The person
Experience leading teams in health or social care
Experience managing budgets, targets and outcome reporting.
A NVQ Level 5 Management qualification in Health and Social Care, or willingness to achieve it within an agreed timeframe.
Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience using systems such as Charitylog, Nourish, SharePoint or Peninsula would be helpful.
