Can you combine hands-on expertise with strategic vision to drive growth and deliver real impact? Cult Furniture, an SME with sky-high ambitions is looking for a Head of Finance / Finance Director to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead the financial journey of Cult Furniture, guiding our ambitious growth plans and shaping our future. This isn’t just about numbers – it’s about knowing how to navigate a business through change, creating structure where needed, and unlocking untapped potential. We work hybrid so being a great communicator is also key, whether that’s during the two days in the office or remote, keeping our team ethos and values alive is a top priority. As part of the exec team this role will also require one further day a month in the office for the monthly board meeting.
