I'm currently partnering with one of the UK's leading consulting firms as they continue to expand their market-leading Defence & Security Practice. We're looking to speak with professionals who have strong experience in supply chain or procurement transformation, logistics optimisation, and operational improvement within Defence.

This role focuses on delivering end-to-end supply chain/procurement transformation programmes, helping Defence organisations drive efficiency, optimise logistics operations, and achieve greater value for money across complex, large-scale environments. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, tackling strategic challenges that have a genuine impact on critical national programmes.

We're particularly interested in individuals who:

  • Have strong Defence (or adjacent sector) supply chain experience
  • Hold active UK Security Clearance (SC)
  • Enjoy solving complex operational and strategic challenges
  • 4-8 years of experience Supply chain/procurement experience across the defence sector in either industry or a consulting firm
  • Can work in London or Bristol offices hybrid
