ECR Global is growing and we’re looking for a high-performing established Senior Recruiter to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment and enjoys owning both business development and delivery.
The Role:
- Full 360 recruitment responsibility (business development + resourcing)
- Win new clients and grow existing PSL accounts
- Source, engage, and place high-quality candidates
- Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted recruitment partner
- Contribute to the growth and success of ECR Global
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in business development within recruitment (essential)
- Strong background in end-to-end resourcing/delivery
- Ideally experience in IT Recruitment or Consulting sector
- Confident, commercially minded, and target-driven
- Able to commute to Potters Bar
