Senior Operations Director – Outsourcing – Scotland

Working for a leading transformational outsourcer, we are seeking a highly talented senior operations leader with a successful track record of leading large scale (600+ FTE operations) with full budget responsibility through transition and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead 500+ FTE offshore/onshore operations.
• Manage multi‑million budget.
• Drive data‑driven commercial decisions.
• Execute operational transition and transformation.
• Stakeholder management with executive client level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related discipline, 5–10 years relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in product management.
• Deep problem solving ability.
• Background in outsourcing, offshoring, BPO/BPS.

Preferred

• Regulated customer experience background (Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Pensions, Utilities, Health, Telecommunications).
• Drive, energy, resilience with calm leadership approach.
