We are supporting a major finance transformation programme led by a Boutique Consulting firm, focused on the implementation of OneStream across multiple EPM workstreams. This is a high-impact role sitting at the heart of a complex, multi-stakeholder programme — ideal for someone who thrives on structure, coordination, and bringing clarity to large-scale transformation.
The Role
- Act as the coordination and delivery backbone of the programme, ensuring alignment across workstreams and stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage the integrated programme plan.
- Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Own RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, decisions).
- Coordinate cross-functional workshops & senior stakeholder sessions.
- Prepare and distribute status reporting for leadership and programme sponsors.
- Support governance and ensure consistent communication across the programme.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience supporting large-scale consulting or tech implementation programmes.
- Strong PMO / project coordination background within finance transformation.
- Familiarity with EPM platforms (ideally OneStream).
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-workstream environment.
- Ability to translate complex updates into clear, concise executive-level reporting.
