Programme Manager & Project Manager FTC | Operational Transformation | Financial Services| Immediate start required
I'm currently recruiting for a Project & Programme Manager for an exciting Operational transformation programme.
You'll play a key role in transforming the operating model, improving customer outcomes and driving initiatives that reduce complaints and enhance operational performance.
We're looking for:
- Proven Programme or Project Management experience
- Strong operational and business transformation background
- Experience delivering operating model change
- Financial Services experience is highly desirable
- Must be available immediately
Location: Hybrid working, must be able to commute to Edinburgh or Bristol.
Fixed term contract at £125k
