We’re growing and looking for an ambitious, driven Business Development Manager to join our team at ECR Global. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and opening doors with clients across multiple sectors.
What you’ll be doing:
- Winning new clients and developing long-term relationships
- Generating new recruitment opportunities and live vacancies
- Leading client meetings and pitching ECR Global’s services
- Working closely with our delivery team to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Helping grow and shape the commercial success of the business
What we’re looking for:
- Proven business development or recruitment sales experience
