Up to £84,000 + Bonus + Benefits A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to shape and deliver its digital strategy, drive customer engagement, and lead the evolution of its online experience.

This is a leadership role with responsibility for digital channels, website strategy, marketing technology, customer journeys, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives across a complex and well-established organisation.

The role: Reporting into a senior marketing leadership team, you will define and execute a data-led digital strategy that strengthens brand reputation, improves customer experience, increases engagement, and delivers measurable commercial outcomes.

You will lead a talented digital team, manage agency and technology partnerships, and work closely with stakeholders across marketing, communications, technology, and business functions to ensure digital activities support broader organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a comprehensive digital marketing and engagement strategy.

Own the web experience, digital infrastructure, user journeys, and content strategy across multiple platforms.
