Head of B2B Marketing (12-Month FTC / Secondment Opportunity)

Hybrid working – 2 days in London

£100k Base plus Benefits

My Client is a leading insurance company, headquartered in London and with presence across Europe. They are looking for a commercially driven Head of B2B Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across Wealth, Retirement, Protection, and Asset Management, on a 12 month FTC. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering multi-channel marketing plans that align with business objectives—while leading a high-performing team and working closely with senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and deliver B2B marketing strategy aligned to UK business goals
• Lead relationships with senior stakeholders across business lines to translate objectives into actionable marketing plans
• Champion data-driven marketing, particularly across digital channels and intermediary audiences
• Represent the business in external strategic conversations, including with adviser partners
• Drive marketing ROI through insight-led planning and performance management
• Lead and develop a team of up to 5, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or equivalent experience, ideally with a professional marketing qualification
• Background in insurance or financial services is essential
• Experience managing agencies and operating within a shared services model
