My client is a Global Ecommerce business with a £2B footprint and are seeking a senior leader with a proven track record in pricing strategy, margin optimisation, and commercial analytics. This is a rare opportunity to shape the strategic direction of pricing and performance across a vast supplier and product base.

About the Role

This high-impact role sits at the heart of the EMEA Product & Supplier Management function, reporting directly to the SVP. As Vice President of Margin Optimisation and Analytics, you will:

  • Lead regional pricing strategy and margin optimisation initiatives across all EMEA markets
  • Manage and develop cross-functional teams (15–20 people) covering pricing, analytics, insights, and performance management
  • Build and execute commercial tools and analytical frameworks to drive profitability and efficiency
  • Champion data-led decision making and establish high-quality forecasting and modelling capabilities
  • Act as a senior advisor to business leaders, influencing strategy and performance through deep analytical insights

What You'll Bring

  • A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Econometrics)
  • Extensive experience in pricing, analytics, and margin optimisation within complex, international business environments
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of building high-performing, cross-functional teams
