The Mission: We are looking for a visionary technology leader to bridge the gap between high-level commercial strategy and digital execution. In this role, you won't just be "managing IT" - you will be the architect of the next generation of platforms that drive our client's global revenue growth and trade spend efficiency. You will lead the "Tech Engine" behind how their most iconic brands are priced, promoted, and sold across the globe.
What you will actually do:
- Own the Roadmap: You are the Global Product Owner for our RGM (Revenue Growth Management) and TPM (Trade Promotion Management) technology stack. You decide which features get built and which vendors we partner with. RGM & TPM Experience is a MUST.
- Bridge the Gap: You translate complex commercial needs from Sales and Finance VPs into technical requirements for engineering teams. You speak both "Profit Margin" and "API Integration."
- Modernize the Core: Transition global markets from legacy systems to cutting-edge, data-driven SaaS platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or niche RGM AI tools).
- Drive Value, Not Just Code: You ensure that every pound spent on technology leads to a measurable increase in net revenue or a reduction in wasted trade spend.
Who you are:
- A Digital-Commercial Hybrid: You have 5+ years of experience specifically in the TPM/RGM digital space within the FMCG or Beverage industry.
- A Change Agent: You know how to lead global digital transformations in complex, matrixed organizations where "the old way of doing things" is your biggest competitor.
- An Agile Leader: You are a champion of Lean, Agile, and DevOps. You don't just deliver projects; you manage high-performing "Value Streams."
- Vendor Savvy: You have a deep understanding of the current vendor landscape (SAP, Exceedra, Salesforce, etc.) and know how to hold partners accountable.
Why this role? This is a high-impact, "seat at the table" position. You are managing the technology that touches the very heartbeat of our business: our revenue. If you enjoy the challenge of turning massive data sets into competitive commercial advantages, we want to talk to you.
