A leading business process outsourcing provider in the UK life and pensions market is hiring a senior originator to win new transformation deals. The business partners with much of the FTSE 100 in this space and is scaling its new business function.

The role

  • You'll own origination end to end: building pipeline, opening doors at C-suite level, and closing complex BPO and transformation deals worth up to £20m and beyond.
  • You'll sell across both new logos and existing accounts, with a particular focus on defined benefit (DB) pensions within the bulk purchase annuity (BPA) market.

What you'll do

  • Originate and close large-scale BPO and operational transformation deals.
  • Build senior relationships across insurers, pension schemes, trustees and administrators.
  • Shape propositions around DB pensions and BPA.
  • Farm existing accounts for growth alongside winning new business.

What you'll bring

  • A track record selling BPO or transformation deals in life, pensions or wider financial services.
  • Experience originating at scale — multi-million-pound, complex, multi-year contracts.
  • A strong grasp of the DB pensions and / or BPA landscape.
  • Credibility with senior buyers and the drive to open cold doors.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to workplace or workforce pensions (for example DWP, master trust or public-sector schemes).
