The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with the Head of Equities, gaining hands-on exposure to portfolio construction, stock selection, and investment strategy. This role offers real responsibility from day one, supporting the management of equity portfolios and contributing to investment performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of equity portfolios, ensuring performance against benchmarks within risk parameters
- Conduct bottom-up equity research and make stock recommendations
- Contribute to asset allocation discussions and investment strategy
- Monitor portfolio performance, risk, and market developments
- Prepare and present investment insights and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Work closely with senior investors on portfolio decision-making
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in equities within asset management (buy-side preferred)
- Strong understanding of portfolio construction and stock selection
- Exposure to equity income / UK equities is highly advantageous
- CFA (completed or in progress)
