The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with the Head of Equities, gaining hands-on exposure to portfolio construction, stock selection, and investment strategy. This role offers real responsibility from day one, supporting the management of equity portfolios and contributing to investment performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of equity portfolios, ensuring performance against benchmarks within risk parameters
  • Conduct bottom-up equity research and make stock recommendations
  • Contribute to asset allocation discussions and investment strategy
  • Monitor portfolio performance, risk, and market developments
  • Prepare and present investment insights and reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with senior investors on portfolio decision-making

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in equities within asset management (buy-side preferred)
  • Strong understanding of portfolio construction and stock selection
  • Exposure to equity income / UK equities is highly advantageous
  • CFA (completed or in progress)
