Operations Control Frameworks & Operations Risk Leader – Hybrid London

Our client is a dynamic Life, Pensions and Asset Management business who are on a significant journey of change. With a significant change agenda starting through 2025, they require a highly accomplished Operations Control Leader to drive non-financial operation risk controls and frameworks across the business.

The role requires experience in:

  • Developing new operational control frameworks and ops-risk project oversight
  • Deep operations business process management, taxonomy creation, and operationalising new operations controls across a regulated business
  • Framework Gap analysis
  • Extensive ability to operationalise new controls across a wide spectrum
  • Deep influencing ability to shape new behaviours and habits with respect to operations risk
  • Creating control frameworks that enable required behaviour change in legacy environments
  • Outstanding ability to engage and work with dynamic ExCo and C-suite stakeholders with the CEO as the sponsor of this role and drive in the business.
