Spring 2026 cohort - March/April 2026
We want to hear from bright, ambitious graduates who are keen to join our growing Financial Management team. This is a great opportunity for motivated, articulate and career‐minded individuals to progress in a career within accountancy.
Here's a glimpse of what you can expect as a Financial Management Associate. Our Financial Management Solutions (FMS) team act as the outsourced finance function for a wide range of businesses including young and fast‐growing owner‐managed start‐ups through to large, well‐established multinationals. Our clients operate in a variety of industries including creative (TV/film), financial markets, green & sustainability, and technology to name a few. Successful applicants will gain experience of how different businesses operate and over time have a real opportunity to assist and advise our clients in both their day to day and long‐term operations.
You will work with a portfolio of clients large and small to prepare their annual financial statements, monthly/quarterly management reports, and assist with VAT, payroll, and regulatory compliance. As you progress you will be given more and more responsibility, ultimately being handed clients to manage, whilst taking on more future‐focused assignments, from forecasting to advisory work.
Beyond our client work, many of the team choose to get involved in the wider firm by joining one of a number of groups, from charity and social committees to the diversity team, or by training as a mental health first‐aider. Based in the heart of Soho we are a dynamic, ambitious firm looking for individuals who match this mindset.
The Programmes: Our Financial Management Associate programme is designed to give you the qualifications, skills and experiences you need to embark on a rewarding career. During your three‐year programme, you'll be learning, gaining real‐work experience, and studying towards your ACA qualification. We are open and committed to giving our associates the option to choose the route they take in becoming a chartered accountant.
Entry Requirements: It is preferred that applicants will have achieved, or are on course to achieve, a 2:1 degree from a university, however, a 2:2 degree will be considered. The subject of your degree is not important, we are more interested in the characteristics and skill sets of the applicant.
What we look for at Ecovis: Our recruitment process will give you an opportunity to tell us about yourself, your experience and what makes you right for Ecovis. Most importantly, we look for a good cultural fit. Someone who will add value to our team both personally and professionally and is committed to learn and contribute.
Throughout the recruitment process we will be looking to learn more about your strengths. Are you:
- Motivated and focused on progression and continual learning?
- Engaging and articulate?
- Good at communicating with your peers, managers, and clients?
- Driven to establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues alike?
If you like what you see and think you're the perfect fit - please apply today. We regret that due to the high number of CVs we receive, we are unable to respond to all applicants. Only those candidates who are successful will be contacted.
