Autumn 2026 cohort - September 2026
We want to hear from bright, ambitious school leavers who are keen to join our growing Financial Management team. This is a great opportunity for motivated, articulate and career-minded individuals to progress in a career within accountancy.
Your Role
Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect. Our Financial Management Solutions (FMS) team act as the outsourced finance function for a wide range of businesses including young and fast-growing owner‑managed start‑ups through to large, well‑established multinationals. Our clients operate in a variety of industries including creative (TV/film), financial markets, green & sustainability, and technology to name a few. Successful applicants will gain experience of how different businesses operate and over time have a real opportunity to assist and advise our clients in both their day to day and long‑term operations.
You will work with a portfolio of clients large and small to prepare their annual financial statements, monthly/quarterly management reports, and assist with VAT, payroll, and regulatory compliance. As you progress you will be given more and more responsibility, ultimately being handed clients to manage, whilst taking on more future‑focused assignments, from forecasting to advisory work.
Beyond our client work, many of the team choose to get involved in the wider firm by joining one of a number of groups, from charity and social committees to the diversity team, or by training as a mental health first‑aider. Based in the heart of Soho we are a dynamic, ambitious firm looking for individuals who match this mindset.
The Programmes
Our Financial Management school leaver programme is designed to give you the qualifications, skills and experiences you need to embark on a rewarding career. As a school leaver, you will embark on a four‑five year programme, completing AAT level 3 and 4, before completing your ACA qualification. We are also open to our trainees completing the ACA CTA Joint Programme.
Entry Requirements
It is preferred that applicants will have achieved, or are on course to achieve, A–Level equivalents of ABB, however, other grades will be considered. GCSE grades of 6 in English and Mathematics are also preferred.
