EcoVigour is a dynamic and growing environmental business delivering specialist services for clients across the infrastructure, utilities, and public sectors. As we scale towards our target of £8–10m turnover, we are investing in the structure that will support this next phase of growth.
This is not a typical office manager role. We are seeking to appoint a Business Support Manager to lead and build the administrative engine of our business. This is a senior appointment, reporting directly to the Company Directors and operating as a peer to the Governance & Compliance Manager and the Contracts Managers.
Your purpose is to lead the function that enables our operational teams to deliver projects efficiently and professionally. You will initially be the sole operator within the department, responsible for both executing and improving our administrative processes across finance, project support, HR, and office management. As the business grows, you will build a team of Project Administrators underneath you.
About You

- You are looking for a role where you can take ownership and make a tangible impact.
- A Leader: You have the confidence and capability to operate as a department head.
- A Process Improver: You can follow the process whilst looking for continuous improvements to streamline operations.
- Operationally Aware: You understand the rhythm of a projects based, customer focussed business and can communicate effectively across all functions of the business.
- A Proactive Problem-Solver: You are organised, resilient, and can work independently to manage competing priorities.

- The autonomy to build and lead a critical business function.
- A clear growth path to managing a team as the business scales.
- A senior role with a direct line to the Company Directors.
- A competitive salary of £30,000–£38,000, dependent on experience.
- The opportunity to make a significant contribution to the success of a growing company.
