We're now preparing to move into our brand-new flagship practice at New Acres, and we're looking for an exceptional Operations & Client Experience Coordinator to help us shape the next chapter.

This isn't a typical veterinary administration role. You'll work closely with our founder to help keep the practice running seamlessly, improve the way we work, support the team and ensure every client has an outstanding experience from the moment they contact us. If you're someone who loves organisation, enjoys solving problems, thrives on responsibility and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences, we'd love to meet you.

  • Managing rotas, stock control, suppliers and general administration
  • Helping deliver an outstanding client experience across every touchpoint
  • Supporting reception during busy periods and ensuring smooth client journeys

  • Has excellent communication and people skills
  • Loves delivering outstanding customer experiences

  • Is calm under pressure and able to prioritise effectively
  • Wants to build a long-term career with genuine opportunities for progression

Experience

We’re looking for someone with experience managing veterinary teams and the day-to-day operations of a busy clinical environment. You’ll understand the pace, pressures and standards required in practice, and you’ll be confident supporting vets, nurses, VCAs and front-of-house colleagues to work well together. Previous experience as a Head Nurse, Lead RVN, Clinical Nurse Manager, Practice Manager or similar would be highly valued. What matters most is that you can bring calm leadership, strong organisation and high standards to the team.

Why join Ecovets?

  • Help shape one of London's most exciting independent veterinary practices
  • Work directly alongside the founder and have a genuine influence on how the business evolves
  • Join us as we move into our new flagship practice
  • Enjoy real opportunities to grow into a senior operational or Practice Manager role as the business expands
  • Be part of a supportive, ambitious team that genuinely enjoys working together
