Help us build one of London's most loved truly independent veterinary practices. We're an independent veterinary practice in Wandsworth Town, known for exceptional client care, a genuinely supportive team and a beautifully designed, low-stress environment for pets and people alike.
We're now preparing to move into our brand-new flagship practice at New Acres, and we're looking for an exceptional Operations & Client Experience Coordinator to help us shape the next chapter. You'll work closely with our founder to help keep the practice running seamlessly, improve the way we work, support the team and ensure every client has an outstanding experience from the moment they contact us.
- Supporting the team with operational planning and problem-solving
- Managing rotas, stock control, suppliers and general administration
- Helping deliver an outstanding client experience across every touchpoint
