The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist with experience in commercial insurance, particularly in Property Owners and Tradesman policies. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to join a growing business where hard work and success are truly rewarded!
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop relationship of existing partnerships.
- Deal with inbound enquiries from new clients.
- Dealing with marketing department and contributing on growing the social media accounts (TikTok, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Retain repeat business through excellent service and relationship management.
- Provide advice on policies tailored to client needs, ensuring FCA compliance.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Work on warm sales leads provided.
- Ability to generate own leads.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or account management.
- Direct experience in commercial insurance (Property Owners, Tradesman, etc.) is essential.
- A driven, hungry, and enthusiastic sales approach with the determination to succeed.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Cert CII qualification (or working towards it) is desirable β full funding and support provided.
- Knowledge of Acturis software is an advantage.
